| The NATCO system is ideally suited for READY MIX, BLOCK, AND PRESTRESSED CONCRETE PLANTS. |
The NATCO is primarily designed to be a tankless system. A storage tank can be used with this system to satisfy unusually high intermittent demands. Unlike conventional boilers the NATCOS unique design enables it to deliver heated water up to 2-1/2 times its hourly rated capacity for intermittent periods. This enables you to fill the mixer in a minimal amount of time and expense, and eliminates the need for costly storage tanks and the effects of stand by heat loss.
A tempering valve is included for accurate hot water temperature control. An optional remote temperature controller is available. This will allow you to vary settings at the batching station. In addition the NATCO can produce steam up to its full rated capacity for aggregate heating and thawing frozen gates. The NATCO can be fired with natural gas, propane, #2 fuel oil, or diesel fuel.
CONSIDER THIS! More than 3,500 NATCOS have been sold since the early 1950s to concrete producers, and many are still doing the job they were designed to do.
