Tankless Instantaneous Hot Water Heaters

    RJR is proud to say that we are the Ohio distributor for National Combustion tankless water heaters and parts for them.  These heaters are primarily used in concrete plants, rug cleaning plants, laundries, plating, and car washes.  We can offer you a full line boilers or new heat exchangers in all sizes. 

    RJR can also provide full service for your current heat exchangers in boilers..  We can clean out your plugged up heat exchanger.  We can retube any old worn heat exchanger or coil that you may have.  We can also sell you new repalcement heat exchangers. 

    Natco has specialized in in concrete plant applications for more than 30 years.  These heaters are excellent for winter concrete production or for producing steam in aggregate heating.  "The NATCO is primarily designed to be a tankless system, however a storage tank can be used to satisfy unusually high intermittent demands.  Unlike conventional boilers this unique design enables it to deliver heated water up to 2 1/2 times its hourly rated capacity for intermittent periods.  This enables you to fill the mixer in a minimal amount of time and expense, and eliminates the need for costly storage tanks and the effects of stand by heat loss."

    The NATCO is primarily designed to be a tankless system. A storage tank can be used with this system to satisfy unusually high intermittent demands. Unlike conventional boilers the NATCO’S unique design enables it to deliver heated water up to 2-1/2 times its hourly rated capacity for intermittent periods. This enables you to fill the mixer in a minimal amount of time and expense, and eliminates the need for costly storage tanks and the effects of stand by heat loss.

    A tempering valve is included for accurate hot water temperature control. An optional remote temperature controller is available. This will allow you to vary settings at the batching station. In addition the NATCO can produce steam up to its full rated capacity for aggregate heating and thawing frozen gates. The NATCO can be fired with natural gas, propane, #2 fuel oil, or diesel fuel.
